At MELOX, we want each and every one of you to be super stoked with your pieces!
If, for some reason however you are not happy with the fit of your purchase, we can offer you an exchange for a different size or a refund, providing the garment is in it's original condition.
Here's the how:
- Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase being received.
- You must then organise to send back the return with tracked shipping. Customers are liable for any shipping costs or expenses.
- Once we have inspected the condition of the garment, we will notify you about the issue of an exchange/refund.
- We do not return swimwear unless faulty.
- We do not do returns on sale items. We will do size exchanges providing the garment is stocked in the size you want to switch to.
- We do not exchange or return beaded items in the event of a few beads coming off.
- You are responsible for returning your garment, MELOX does not take any responsibility for lost goods.
- For refunds/exchanges to be issued, the garments must have all original tags attached, and be free of any marks or blemishes.
